ConnectWhole is an outreach and professional communication platform that allows users to draft, personalize, and dispatch emails through their connected Gmail accounts, manage multiple resume versions, track email engagement metrics (opens and replies), and utilize AI-assisted content drafting via Google Gemini.

3. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

You agree to use ConnectWhole strictly for legitimate, lawful, and professional communication. You represent and warrant that:

4. Google Account Integration

When linking Gmail accounts, you authorize ConnectWhole to interact with the Gmail API on your behalf to send requested emails and inspect outreach replies. Our use of information received from Google APIs strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all text, resumes, templates, and documents uploaded or sent through the Service ("User Content"). You grant ConnectWhole a limited license solely to host, transmit, and process your User Content as necessary to provide the platform functionality.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CONNECTWHOLE DOES NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC OUTREACH RESPONSE RATES, INTERVIEW OFFERS, OR DELIVERABILITY RATES DICTATED BY THIRD-PARTY EMAIL PROVIDERS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CONNECTWHOLE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, abusive outreach behaviors, or legal requirements.
